You'll be guided through a quick verification step that confirms your identity. Once approved, you earn a verification badge that appears on your profile and builds instant trust with clients.

Clients fund milestones up front. The money is held securely and released to the freelancer only when the client approves the work. Nobody chases invoices, and nobody works unprotected.

Payments release the moment a milestone is approved, then land in your Connecta wallet. From there you can cash out through local payout methods across Africa where available.

Every project has a clear resolution process. You can open a dispute with evidence, and our trust & safety team reviews it fairly — funds stay in escrow until it's resolved.
