- Account & profile data — name, email, phone number, password, role (client or freelancer), skills, portfolio, rates and availability.
- Identity verification data — information and documents used to confirm who you are and issue a verification badge. This is processed securely and only for verification and safety.
- Project & transaction data — briefs, proposals, messages, milestones, reviews, and records of escrow funding and payouts.
- Payment data — wallet balances and payout details. Card and bank details are handled by our payment partners, not stored by us in full.
- Technical data — device, app version, IP address, and basic usage analytics needed to keep the Platform secure and working.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and profile.
